As a REALTOR®, I have always been committed to helping others. I was born and raised in Maryland, and I graduated from the University of Maryland with a Psychology/Sociology degree. For over 20 years, I taught high school in Anne Arundel County as an online Home Teacher. In that role, I helped struggling students regroup and transition back into the school setting without a gap in learning. Additionally, I worked as a Grief Counselor and Drug/Alcohol Counselor. As a counselor, I have listened, assisted, and supported my patients through some of their most difficult times.

During my tenure as a teacher, I decided to pursue a career in real estate and obtained my licence. In 2020, I achieved the respected designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and two years later further demonstrated my commitment with certification as Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). The SRES was close to my heart because I am passionate about protecting our senior population from being overlooked in the real estate market. The helper in me wants to make sure that seniors have their own say in the direction of their lives.

As a Real Estate Agent, it brings me more joy than I could ever express. I really love helping people find their perfect home. It’s so fulfilling to see them find the place where they feel most comfortable and at ease.

When COVID hit, many people had to work from home for the first time. This can be difficult when you don’t have an area that’s conducive to your needs. That’s why I decided to get my SRS (Special Real Estate License). Now I can help even more people find the place that feels like home for them.

I am a community-oriented person. I have always been inspired by the community and have tried to pass along its importance to my children. Serving the community gives me hope and pride. I am married with three fantastic adult children and four of the most adorable grandchildren. We adopted Samson (Sammy), a gentle giant, who was a wonderful addition to our family since Golden, Deliah had passed. She trained him well.

My office is in Eastport which is one of the best places to live. It has everything you could want – great schools, plenty of activities, and a beautiful waterfront. My heart will always be in South County though. I love bringing people South with me!
